    Customer Service Agent

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Job Description
    LifeBank is a medical logistics firm that helps in the distribution of medical supplies to hospitals.

    • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Excellent data entry and typing skills

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of BSc.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience

    Requirements:

    • Must be proficient in English Language
    • Must be proactive
    • Must possess good sales and communication skills
    • Must be a good team player.
    • Must be able to multi-task
    • Must be willing to relocate

    Salary
    N50,000 gross
