    Customer Service Agent

    Responsibilities

    • Inbound and outbound calls
    • Must be able to Pitch and sell to their prospects
    • Lead Generation
    • Establishing a positive and professional relationship with customers to gain their trust
    • Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company
    • Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions, including the outcome of each call, customer preferences, and any follow-up required.
    • Team collaboration
    • Following up with prospective clients
