Job Description

• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Responsibilities
Duties include the following, measurable in terms of time, cost, quality or quantity:

• DAY TO DAY Management - To support the sales team in various operational processes i.e. Sampling, Preparation of Purchase Order and interaction with customers visiting office for some queries and order collection.
• To post orders as per the instructions of Sales Team/ Retail Sales Manager.
• To assist in creating and revising various forms, formats and documents in relation to in relation to ISO, Sales, Brochures, Invitations etc.
• To support various marketing support assignments like Seminars, Exhibitions etc.
• MIS - To prepare monthly MIS carrying details about running agendas and share the same with people concerned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with good academic record.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting.
• Good presentation and communication skill.
• Some prior experience will be an added advantage.
