• Maintain an attractive and organized product display
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Keep up-to-date with product trends, promotions, and new arrivals.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in any field
• 3 - 5 years proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in cosmetics or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
• Strong persuasive skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
