    Customer Sales Officer

    Salary:₦100,000 Monthly
    Commission:2.5% of Monthly Sales

    Important Note:

    This is not a field marketing role. You will not be required to go out looking for clients. Our service team will send clients directly to you. Your focus is purely on attending to these clients, engaging with them, and converting their interest into confirmed sales.

    If you're good with people, enjoy closing deals, and prefer an office-based role, this is an ideal opportunity for you.

    Sales & Conversion:

    • Take full ownership of every lead passed from the Customer Service team and convert them into paying clients— this is your primary responsibility.
    • Engage prospects promptly after referral via CRM, email, or direct transfer. Timely response is critical to conversion.
    • Confidently explain all Smash Technology brands and offerings, answer client questions, and recommend the most suitable service or package based on individual client needs.
    • Handle objections professionally, follow up consistently, and maintain communication until the lead is either closed or disqualified.
    • Maintain a clean and organized CRM pipeline by logging all lead interactions, conversion progress, follow-ups, and outcomes with 100% accuracy.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
    • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and client behavior to sharpen pitch strategies and increase success rates.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on aligning sales activities with campaigns and promotions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or Marketing role.
    • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals consistently.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong product presentation and client engagement skills.
    • Proficient in CRM systems, email etiquette, and digital sales tools.
    • Strong collaboration mindset with internal teams.
    • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable under pressure.
