    Customer Retention Officer

    • TO provide speedy and superlative service, pre and post-policy issuance, to the customers (both internal and external), agents and various partners with the aim to strengthen the company's brand image and facilitate long term retention Of customers.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Must have a degree in any Social Sciences discipline.
    • An NYSC discharge certificate.
    • 0-2 years relevant experience in Customer service roles.
    • Experience working in the financial services industry would be an added advantage
