Job Summary

• The Customer Representative will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient information.
• Manage enquiries, appointments, calls, and front-desk activities.
• Direct patients to the appropriate departments.
• Follow up on patient requests and complaints.
• Maintain accurate front-desk records.
• Support billing and administrative processes where required.
• Ensure the reception area remains organised and professional.
• Promote excellent patient experience and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, or Nursing Assistant qualification.
• 0–2 years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and presentable.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.

Important location requirement:

• Applicants for all positions MUST reside within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu, and surrounding areas of Lagos State, with reasonable access to the hospital.
