Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering CRM strategies across the company to encourage Client retention and Client loyalty.
- Assist in Database Management for assigned products/services.
- Frequent updates across all social media platforms.
- Handling assigned Graphics & Motion tasks.
- Send events e-cards to both internal and external clients as at when due.
- Digital Marketing (Brand promotion, strategic advert placements and research).
- Customer Survey and Feedback Analysis. organization.
Qualifications
- Pre NYSC or currently serving
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant field
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing (Brand promotion, strategic advert placements)
- Basic knowledge of Graphics & Motion design
