Ovenfresh bakery sales department is currently recruiting to fill the role of a Customer relation Officer to attend to the following duties;

• Direct communication with customers 
• Attend to customer complaints and concerns
• Relay customer's feedback
• Encourage customers to purchase products.
• Research competitors and potential customers
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Educational qualification in any related field (BSc, HND, OND)
• Verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to listen and pay attention to details.
• Patience 
• Good team player
• Importantly must reside around the Ajah axis for easy access to work.
