Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at a Reputable Company

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) with prior experience in microfinance. This is a target-based role focused on acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.

 Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and onboard new customers within Ojodu and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Educate clients on loan products and financial literacy
• Ensure timely loan disbursement and repayment follow-up
• Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and performance targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic reports
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and support

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Finance, Business Admin, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2-year experience as a Loan Officer or Account Officer in a Microfinance Institution (MFI)
• Proven ability to meet performance targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Ojodu, Ogba, Agege, Ikeja and nearby communities is a strong advantage
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven
