We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customers interaction, building relationships and create creative contents, tailored to provide solutions that meet our customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Content creative contents, targeted ads, newsletters and blog post.
Build and maintain strong long term relationship with clients.
Maintain accurate customer records and update database regularly.
Collaborate with internal team to improve service delivery and customer service.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare business proposals/ packages from OEMs to support business development effort.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a customer service or relationship role.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools is highly preferred.
Excellent communication , problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and part of a team.
