Job Description

• We are looking for a smart and customer-focused Sales Attendant / CRM Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer relationships, processing payments, and issuing receipts.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally
• Manage customer relationships and maintain CRM records
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Issue receipts and handle basic record-keeping
• Assist with stock display and inventory where necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and POS systems
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Must live in or around Tejuosho, Surulere.
