    Customer Relations Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to act as liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Proven customer support experience
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRO systems and practices
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • BA/Bs degree in Business administration, Communication, Marketing, Real Estate or any other related fields.
