Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, warm, and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to manage bookings, attend to clients, support front desk operations, and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings and appointments
- Welcome and attend to clients professionally
- Promote and recommend ORÍKÌ products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Support retail product sales and upselling
- Maintain cleanliness and proper front desk coordination
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in a related discipline
- 2–3 years experience in customer service or customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
