Job Description
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Receive correspondences for the company, sign for receipt and facilitate dispatch to the respective office or persons.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer question
Cross-selling company's products to potential and existing customers via phone calls, Whatsapp, or live chat
Generate sales leads with the use of appropriate tools
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Communicating with customers through various channels and providing accurate information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communication or any other related field.
Additional Information
2 years proven experience
Experience with customer management, marketing, and relationship management teams
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
