Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate.
• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring patients and visitors enjoy a seamless and positive experience throughout their interactions with the hospital.
• You will serve as a brand ambassador, providing support, guidance, and engagement to strengthen patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Lily’s brand to patients and visitors within the hospital.
• Engage with patients on the shop floor and wards to ensure they have a pleasant and worthwhile experience.
• Provide clear directions and assistance to clients in real time.
• Support patients and visitors to ensure a smooth hospital experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• OND/HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
