Key Responsibilities
Engage and onboard prospective clients, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Monitor and enhance customer service quality, ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop strategies to boost retention, upsell services, and re-engage inactive clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and foster client loyalty.
Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategies for improvement.
What We’re Looking for
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A problem-solving mindset and goal-driven attitude.
Minimum of 2 years in customer service, sales, or quality assurance (experience in education or e-learning is a plus).
