    Customer Care Representative

    Job Description

    • Escalating customer’s issues via appropriate channels for proper resolution.
    • Evaluate customer challenges and proffer solutions.
    • Manage and resolve customers’ complaints.
    • Use of suggestive selling techniques to promote services.
    • Proffer options and alternatives to customers and offer assistance in making choices, as the case may be.
    • Ensuring that the service provided will lead to repeat purchases
    • Updating customer records and providing feedback to management for better customer service performance.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
