Customer Care Representative at Tasty Corridors

Tasty Corridors is seeking a highly skilled and patient Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for taking and recording orders from both online and walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with our supply department.

Responsibilities:

• Take and record orders from online and walk-in customers
• Record orders accurately on our system
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Lives around Ketu
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English)
• Computer literacy is a must
• Polite, patient, and customer-focused
• Available to start work on April 22, 2025
