Customer Care Representative

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism, Public Administration, Computer Science or any related field.
Skills/ Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in the Travel industry
- Strong understanding of the GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Serbia)
- Proven track record of conflict resolution
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office Suite
- Sound presentations and communication skills
- Persuasion and influencing skills
- Highly creative and innovative
- Sound networking skills.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage clients Requests and bookings
- Professionally prevent and mange conflict
- Build and maintain relationship with Key customers and Partners
- Develop and Deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Stay update on industry trends and Competitors activities
