    Customer Care Representative & Front Desk Officer

    Role Description

    • As the Customer Care Representative & Front Desk Officer, this full-time on-site role is located in Owerri Municipal and responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk and on the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

    Requirements:

    • Reside in Owerri, Imo State.
    • Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent.
    • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
    • Outstanding communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask efficiently.
    • Professional attire and demeanor.
    • Courteous and patient-centric attitude.
    • Computer proficiency.
    • Managing medical records.
    • Scheduling appointments.
    • Processing payments.
    • Answering queries.
    • Regularly liaising with other members of the medical team to deliver outstanding patient care while creating a welcoming environment for all our patients.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree/HND - Relevant work experience preferred but not required as training will be given.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and work effectively in a team.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to accurately document records.
    • A meticulous approach to work and attention to detail is essential.
    • An approachable, helpful, and welcoming demeanor combined with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
    • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Must possess the ability to work during extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome patients and visitors.
    • Answer and redirect incoming phone calls.
    • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
    • Maintain a tidy reception area.
    • Administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping.
    • Uphold patient confidentiality.
    • Address patient inquiries with accuracy.

    Salary:

    100,000 Naira per month
