Convert potential leads into customers for existing and new Husk Minigrid (HMG) sites.
Collaborate with the Lead Generation Officer and Field Sales Agents (FSA) to follow up on qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of Husk's offerings.
Accurately document and maintain new customer details.
Render daily reports on customer acquisition activities, performance, and outcomes to activities and feedback
Provide regular reports on customer acquisition activities and market feedback. marketing activation activities to drive customer engagement and growth.
Identify and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum of an HND.
1-2 years of experience in customer acquisition or sales roles within the power or telecommunications sectors.
Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-diverse environment.
Strong understanding of rural markets and community dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.
Responsive with great time management and organizational skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
