Customer Acquisition Officer at Getpayed Technology Solutions Ltd

Remuneration: 100k basic salary plus monthly commissions 

Responsibilities

Merchant & Agent Acquisition

• Source and recruit merchants and POS agents.
• Execute onboarding, KYC, and activation.

Support & Retention

• Provide timely support for transaction or device issues.
• Maintain regular communication with merchants/agents to reduce churn.

Performance Monitoring

• Use OneCollect dashboard to monitor performance metrics.
• Track transaction volumes and downtime.

⁠Field Reporting

• Submit weekly activity and performance reports.
• Escalate unresolved issues within SLA timelines.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in weekly syncs, monthly workshops, and LMS training.
• Share best practices and assist team development.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong flexibility to attend to customers on the field.
