Responsible for designing and developing learning initiatives using sound instructional design strategies to enable us achieve our business objectives.

• Coordinate the sports coaching program for the school; assists Coaches with improving techniques of sport training instruction.
• Provide instructional strategies and various tools to aid the instructional process.
• Be responsible for managing instructional materials, providing recommendations to the coaches, and making adjustments to the current student's curriculum to adhere to the highest sports standards and policies.
• Facilitate and offer assistance for any implemented procedures.
• Manage and address concerns regarding the learning standards and consider recommendations for curriculum improvement

Excellent Research, writing, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
