Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Credit Marketer. The Credit Marketer will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying potential customers, promoting the company's credit services, and achieving sales targets. They will analyze customer financial needs, develop strategies to enhance credit offerings, and ensure compliance with industry and organizational standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing performance reports, engaging with clients to understand business requirements, and actively participating in team meetings to develop innovative credit products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management
• Financial acumen with skills in financial analysis and credit risk assessment
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, report preparation, and data analysis
• Ability to meet performance targets and work effectively in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Prior experience in Islamic Finance or Non-Interest Banking is an advantage
• Familiarity with the Nigerian finance and capital market environment
