• Join our client’s high-performing finance team as a Credit Control Supportand play a key role in managing receivables, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting financial reporting within a dynamic, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and review receivables and credit control reports weekly/monthly.
• Reconcile customer accounts and manage dunning messages.
• Maintain customer master data and verify refunds.
• Collaborate with the Credit Control Team Lead and ensure ERP system efficiency.
• Support audit preparations, statutory reporting, and taxation.
• Provide revenue and credit analysis reports for decision-making.
• Ensure all financial reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (credit control, cost control, treasury).
• ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP/MS Dynamics/SAGE), and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Experience in the shipping/maritime industry is a plus.
