JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our fast-paced Operations team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of credit principles, loan request procedures, and financial statement analysis.
• This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our credit processes, from reviewing loan applications to generating comprehensive reports.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Prepare and submit accurate credit reports to credit bureaus, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and deadlines.
• Analyze loan applications, including credit history, financial statements, and supporting documentation to assess creditworthiness and risk.
• Reconcile incoming loan payments, accurately update customer accounts, and ensure timely posting of transactions.
• Handle loan booking and liquidation procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Generate comprehensive loan book reports, providing insights into portfolio performance, trends, and potential risks.
• Review and reconcile Intercompany Settlement (ICS) loans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreements.
• Assist in the restructuring of loans when necessary, analyzing borrower circumstances and proposing suitable solutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of credit analysis processes and procedures.
• Process customer refund requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications are a plus.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
