Credit Analyst at OmniRetail Technology

• We’re looking for a Credit Analyst who can help us build a credit function that scales without compromising portfolio quality.

What you’ll do:

• Assess distributor creditworthiness: bank statements, cash flow, collateral, and repayment capacity
• Monitor portfolio health by vintage, not just a blended NPL number
• Identify early warning signals before accounts become delinquent
• Review limit increases and reactivations with the same rigor as new applications
• Help translate underwriting judgment into our credit-scoring engine

What you bring:

• 2–5 years’ experience in credit analysis, SME/retail lending or microfinance
• Strong bank statement and cash flow analysis skills
• Comfort working with large transaction datasets — Excel essential; SQL is a plus
• The judgment to say no when the numbers don’t support the risk — even under commercial pressure — and the ability to explain why clearly
