Credit Acquisition Officers (Mid & Senior Level) at Workforce Group

Location: Oniru, Lagos (Onsite)

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking experienced and target-driven Credit Acquisition Officers to join their Business Development & Partnership team.
• The ideal candidates will have strong experience in loan sales, retail lending, or credit acquisition within the banking or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and onboard new loan clients across multiple market segments.
• Promote credit products and consistently meet loan acquisition & disbursement targets.
• Assess client needs to recommend suitable credit solutions.
• Guide customers through the loan application process while ensuring documentation compliance.
• Work closely with the Credit & Risk team for timely evaluation and approval of loan requests.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Monitor loan performance and resolve client issues promptly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and evolving customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in loan sales, credit acquisition, or retail banking.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/loan targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of credit processes and documentation.
• Self-driven, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM or loan management systems is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 - N500,000 Monthly (Based on Experience)
