Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for infants and young children throughout the day.
• Feed, change, and maintain children's hygiene as required.
• Organize age-appropriate play and learning activities.
• Ensure the creche remains clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Monitor children's health and promptly report any concerns.
• Maintain daily attendance and care records.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's well-being.
• Follow all health, safety, and child safeguarding procedures.
• Support emergency response procedures when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or a relevant childcare qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a creche, nursery, daycare, or childcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of child development and childcare practices.
• First Aid certification is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
