About the Role

• We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our brand and communications team. This role is for someone who brings ideas to life, understands brand storytelling, and can turn raw footage into compelling, high-conversion content.
• You will work closely with the brand, and communication’s team to create visually striking videos for real estate marketing, lifestyle content, digital campaigns, ads, and social media.
• If you are excellent with After Effects, have a strong eye for motion, pacing, and storytelling, and can make property videos feel premium, emotional, and engaging, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for real estate marketing, including:
• Property walkthroughs
• Lifestyle and brand storytelling videos
• Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Campaign videos, teasers, and ads
• Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects (text animations, transitions, overlays, VFX elements).
• Collaborate with the brand and content team to interpret briefs and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Enhance videos with proper pacing, sound design, music, color grading, and visual consistency.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website, ads).
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
• Stay up to date with video trends, editing styles, and social media formats.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor (real estate or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (non-negotiable).
• Solid understanding of motion graphics, transitions, and basic VFX.
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, rhythm, and visual flow.
• Ability to work with drone footage, lifestyle shots, and property visuals.
• Attention to detail and high-quality finishing standards.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
