Creative Producer at Rise Interactive Studios

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Producer, Immersive Experiences to lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative, interactive, and immersive projects.
• This role requires a blend of storytelling, production expertise, and an understanding of emerging technologies to deliver compelling audience experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of immersive projects (AR/VR, interactive installations, digital experiences, etc.)
• Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and production teams to bring concepts to life
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from ideation to completion
• Translate creative ideas into actionable production plans
• Manage vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
• Ensure all projects align with RIS brand, vision, and storytelling standards
• Stay up to date with global trends in immersive media and creative technology.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in creative production, media, or immersive storytelling
• Strong understanding of digital media, interactive content, and emerging technologies
• Proven ability to manage creative projects from concept to delivery
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AR/VR, gaming, or interactive storytelling
• Background in film production, digital media, or experiential marketing
• Familiarity with creative tools and production workflows.
