Creative Executive - Graphic Design & UI / UX Design at DigitalentHUB

Position Overview

• We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Executive with expertise in both Graphic Design and UI/UX Design to lead creative projects that enhance our brand identity and deliver seamless user experiences across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design Creation:

• Develop engaging, on-brand graphics and visual content for websites, applications, marketing materials, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visual content that communicates brand messages effectively.

UI/UX Design:

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and create user personas, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Ensure that design meets accessibility standards and best practices for UI/UX design.

Brand Development:

• Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Design and maintain a cohesive visual language across web, app, and print materials.

Collaborative Work:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned with technical constraints and user needs.
• Provide guidance on design trends, styles, and standards.

Creative Strategy:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development.
• Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.

Testing and Optimization:

• Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
• A/B test and analyze user interactions to optimize designs for better performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / Master's Degree or OND qualification with 3 - 10 years work experience.
• Proven experience in graphic design and UI/UX design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.).
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design standards, accessibility guidelines, and user-centric design principles.
• Experience in HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of front-end development (JavaScript, React, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
