Creative Director
- Job Type Hybrid
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 8 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Marketing and Communication
Core Focus
- Establish, coordinate, and oversee the creative vision and activities in and across the company, ensuring that creatives meet client and EchoHouse standards.
- Champion innovation and creativity within the business.
Educational Qualification
- Degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
- A Master's Degree in Marketing or an MBA will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Advertising/BTL.
Technical Skills:
- Concept Development
- Design and Copywriting
- High Creative Taste
- Loves to leverage Artificial Intelligence
- Curious about human behaviour
- Ability to nurture talent through hands-on coaching, regular feedback, and professional development guidance.
