Creative Designer at Prosperis Holdings Company Limited

You will be designing a wide variety of assets across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you need to be a self-starter, capable of bringing brilliant creative ideas to life and showing amazing attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new creative and marketing ideas.
• Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels to retain and attract new customer.
• Conceptualize design visuals based on requirements.
• Develop illustrations, and other designs.
• Use the appropriate brand colors and layouts for design brief.
• Design business profiles upon demand.
• Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and to align with the Brand’s voice/tone.
• Create visually appealing designs for social media and e-mail campaigns.
• Editing and proofreading marketing content.
• Assist with copywriting and editing a variety of content across mediums that include blogs, social media, presentations, business profiles and more.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the Group to execute and implement new ideas.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for business marketing communications which includes posters, brochures, signage, banners, flyers, website graphics, and other graphics and office branding.

EDUCATION:

• B.Sc. / HND / Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or related field.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, InDesign, Figma, or any related efficient tools.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proven prior experience as a Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign, Figma, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have basic knowledge of motion graphics.
• A keen eye for details, articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Understand use of photography, stock images and adhering to regulatory frameworks.
• Open-minded and flexible team player.
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of three years' work experience in relevant field.
• Experience in the Finance industry is an added advantage.
