Job Description:

We are looking for innovative and skilled Creative Designers to join our team as interns. As a Creative Designer at Codva Creatives, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs and animations that enhance our eLearning experiences. You will collaborate with our instructional designers and creative professionals to develop multimedia elements that support educational content and achieve measurable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for eLearning modules
• Create motion graphics and 2D animations using Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborate with writers and instructional designers to integrate visuals with educational content
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and educational objectives
• Accept and apply feedback to improve design quality
• Stay updated on design trends and eLearning best practices

Qualifications:

• B.Sc 
• At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics/2D animation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (
• Strong creativity and innovation
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Openness to feedback and continuous learning
