Creative Designer (Graphic, Motion & AI-Driven) at Youverify Online Services

Job Summary

• We are hiring a versatile Creative Designer who can move fluidly between static graphic design and motion graphics, and who treats AI as a core part of their creative toolkit rather than an afterthought.
• You will translate marketing, product, and brand objectives into compelling visual work across digital and social channels, producing high volumes of on-brand assets quickly without sacrificing quality.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who is equal parts designer, animator, and creative technologist.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:

• Design on-brand assets for social media, paid campaigns, web, email, presentations, event collateral, and sales enablement.
• Own layout, typography, colour, and composition across formats, ensuring consistency with Youverify's brand guidelines.
• Produce marketing collateral such as reports, one-pagers, infographics, banners, and pitch decks.
• Iterate quickly on concepts and adapt master designs into multiple sizes and channels.

Motion Graphics Design:

• Create motion graphics, short-form video, animated explainers, product demos, and social video content.
• Animate logos, UI, icons, and typography to bring the brand to life across digital touchpoints.
• Handle the end-to-end motion workflow: storyboarding, animation, editing, sound, and export for each platform.
• Repurpose static campaigns into engaging animated formats for social and paid media.

AI-Driven Creative:

• Use AI tools (e.g., generative image, video, and design platforms) to accelerate ideation, concepting, and production.
• Build and refine prompts, styles, and reusable workflows that scale creative output while keeping it on-brand.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI creative tools and recommend how the team should adopt them.
• Combine AI-generated elements with hands-on craft to produce polished, original, brand-safe work.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio spanning both.
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or Figma.
• Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI creative tools in real production work (please include examples in your portfolio).
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, layout, and brand systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work at pace under deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable taking creative direction and giving it.
• Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or regulated/technology-led brands.
• Basic 3D, illustration, or web animation skills.
• Familiarity with social-first content trends and performance-driven creative.
