Job Summary:

The Creative Designer at CapitalSage Holdings will develop engaging, on-brand visual content for digital and print platforms. This role requires creativity, excellent design skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals. The designer will collaborate with other member of the marketing teams to deliver high-quality projects supporting the company's brand and business goals.

Job Description

• Create and design illustrations, logos, and other designs for digital and print platforms.
• Select and apply appropriate colors, fonts, images, and layouts for projects.
• Ensure all design projects are completed on time and meet specification/quality standards.
• Advise on best practices and design optimizations.
• Collaborate with fellow designers to develop expressive graphics.
• Utilize a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Establish creative direction within brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget.
• Conduct quality assurance for design accuracy and consistency.
• Implement feedback and revisions, as necessary.
• Create visualizations that convey accurate project messaging.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Collaborate with to produce final designs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, the content team, and fellow designers to produce impactful designs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Extremely creative
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Corel Draw, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of three years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
• Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, typography, and web design.
• Experience with both print and digital media.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Desire to continually build skill sets through education and training.
