Job Description:

• As a Mid-Level Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and meet our marketing objectives. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling visuals for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including banners, social media posts, flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity and branding across all materials.
• Create and edit multimedia content, such as animations, motion graphics, and videos.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continually enhance design output.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a graphic or creative designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Canva is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing principles tailored to the Nigerian market.
• Must have an NYSC exemption/discharge certificate
