Creative Design Lead at Sacvin Nigeria Limited

Role Overview

We seek a visionary and experienced Creative Design Lead to manage and elevate SACVIN’s visual identity. This position involves overseeing all creative design projects, supervising a junior Graphics Designer, and collaborating closely with the Head of the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate is a designer and a leader who can inspire creativity, maintain brand consistency, and deliver exceptional designs for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of visually compelling marketing materials, including product catalogues, flyers, social media graphics, and packaging designs.
• Supervise and mentor a junior Graphics Designer to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to conceptualise and execute strategic branding campaigns.
• Maintain and enforce SACVIN’s brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
• Prioritise and manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery.

Technical Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of branding principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Expertise in both print and digital design formats.
• Ability to create vector graphics, retouch images, and prepare files for production.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years experience in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing design projects from concept to completion.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise, including branding and packaging projects.
• Experience working within the manufacturing or FMCG sector is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
