Creative and Project Designer at DO.II Designs Limited

• Are you a passionate designer with a flair for creativity and project execution? DO.II Designs Limited, a leading furniture and interior design company, is seeking a talented Creative and Project Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design innovative interior solutions aligned with client needs and company standards.
• Develop detailed design drawings and project specifications using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Source and recommend materials, furniture, and finishes for projects.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design proposals for client approval.
• Maintain awareness of current industry trends, styles, and best practices to inspire creative solutions.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design or related roles.
• Experience in Commercial Interiors such as Workplace/Corporate, Retail, and Restaurant, is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software's.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of the design process, including color and materials, furniture systems, FF&E, and specifications.
• Knowledge and understanding of building codes.
• Knowledge of project costs and contracts.
