- Crane Technician (Mechanic) LV 1, 2 & 3.
- Apprenticeship certification, Trade Test (Tech Level 1)
- ND in Engineering (Tech Level 2)
- HND or NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in Engineering (Tech Level 3)
- City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ certification Mechanical,
- apprenticeship certification, hydraulics safety, hose & fittings training,
- hydraulics 1 + 2 certificate of competency, electrical appreciation
