We are looking for a Course Instructor who can deliver clear, practical lessons on Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold Calling. The ideal person must understand modern prospecting, outreach workflows, CRMs, cold call frameworks, and real-world lead-generation strategies across different industries.
If you’re confident on camera, can simplify sales concepts, and can teach practical techniques that produce real results, this role will be a great fit.
Your responsibility is to record structured, high-quality training sessions that follow our curriculum and meet professional instructional standards.
About the Role
Teach Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold Calling for beginners and intermediate learners.
Record polished, easy-to-follow training videos with strong audio and visual clarity.
Break down prospecting strategies, outreach methods, scripts, CRM processes, and call structures into simple steps.
Demonstrate real business scenarios: qualifying leads, handling objections, booking appointments, writing outreach messages, and managing pipelines.
Use screen recording tools to show CRM usage, email tools, LinkedIn outreach workflows, templates, and scripts.
Follow the course outline provided by the curriculum team.
Maintain consistent pacing, tone, and teaching structure across all recordings.
Re-record or refine any segment that needs improvement in clarity, accuracy, or delivery.
Include practical exercises learners can complete: script-writing tasks, prospecting challenges, mock calls, lead research tasks, etc.
Ensure each lesson meets instructional best practices and is easy for new learners to follow.
Anticipate common mistakes—poor targeting, weak scripts, low response rates—and address them proactively in your teaching.
Teach in a way that supports total beginners while still offering strong value for more experienced learners.
Provide optional live clarification sessions if the program requires it.
Suggest improvements to the curriculum based on your industry experience and learner feedback.
Meet all recording and content delivery deadlines.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience and must based in Lagos preferably.
Preferably based in Lagos State.
Must have a solid recording setup:
Quiet, noise-free environment
Functional laptop
Stable internet
Comfortable workstation
Strong expertise in lead generation, prospecting, outreach, cold calling, appointment setting, and sales fundamentals.
Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.), email outreach tools, LinkedIn tools, dialers, and pipeline management apps.
Previous teaching, coaching, or training experience (minimum one sample required).
Confident on camera with clear, engaging communication and strong presentation skills.
Ability to teach learners from diverse cultures and skill levels.
Proficient with screen-recording platforms (Loom, Zoom, OBS, Camtasia, or similar).
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of producing professional instructional content independently.
