About the Role

• The role involves developing strategic plans for our subsidiaries, formulating and implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective systems and team building.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic plans for the subsidiaries based on the company's overall strategy.
• Formulate marketing strategies and implement them, fulfilling the tasks assigned by the company.
• Establish and improve the sales, service and accessory systems.
• Explore new markets and increase market share.
• Develop brand promotion plans and implement them to enhance product visibility.
• Take effective measures to improve customer satisfaction.
• Build a learning-oriented marketing team to enhance the quality of employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; major in business economy such as management, marketing or international trade.

Required Skills

• More than 5 years of experience in enterprise or marketing management.
• Familiar with financial management, enterprise management, marketing management, employee management and international trade knowledge.
• Proficient in English writing and communication skills, and able to operate computer office software proficiently.
• Strong in strategic planning, international perspective, business awareness, decision-making ability, team leadership, and innovative ability.
• Able to adapt to frequent business trips and different religious and specific national cultures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus.
