We are currently seeking a full-time Corporate Performance Specialist to join our team at the Lagos location, with the flexibility for hybrid work.
The Corporate Performance Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.
The Specialist will work closely with department heads, employees, and leadership to analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and execute innovative solutions to encourage a culture of growth and excellence.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in corporate performance management and improvement
Experience designing and conducting training and development programs
Ability to analyze data and develop metrics to track performance and success
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with employees of all levels
Bachelor's degree or higher in organizational psychology, human resources, business administration or a related field
Strong leadership and project management skills
Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
