Job Summary

• As our Lawyer and company secretary You'll partner with clients ranging from promising startups to market leaders on deals, disputes, compliance issues and more.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to corporate clients, understanding their business inside-out to offer tailored legal solutions
• Draft, negotiate and review complex commercial agreements that give clients an edge while mitigating risk
• Provide savvy guidance on corporate structuring, governance, regulatory obligations and IP protection.
• Lead incorporations, mergers, acquisitions and other key transactions start-to-finish.
• Build an expansive network of external relationships and spot new business opportunities.
• Mentor junior associates and nurture the next generation of legal talent

Requirements

• LL. B Degree holder with world-class credentials from a respected university.
• A shining corporate/commercial legal star with 6-7 years track record in a leading law firm.
• Member of ICSAN (or working towards certification).
• Business-savvy with sound judgement and creative problem-solving skills.
