JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transportation Services:

• Provide transportation for executives, employees, and guests to various destinations including meetings, events, and airport transfers.
• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs, adhering to schedules and adjusting as necessary for traffic conditions.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is always in top working condition.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
• Implement and follow company safety protocols, including the use of seat belts and
• maintaining a clean driving record.

Client Relationship Management:

• Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
• Handle any inquiries or concerns from passengers promptly and professionally.

Route Planning:

• Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering factors such as traffic conditions and weather.
• Use navigation tools and stay updated on current road conditions and closures.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, destinations, and passenger details.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on vehicle usage and maintenance.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Minimum of SSCE
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver with a minimum of 3 years, preferably in a corporate setting
