Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Operation:

• Drive company vans responsibly, avoiding abuse, theft, neglect, or misuse of the vehicle.
• Ensure all journeys comply with traffic laws and regulations.
• Adhere to all current safety requirements and utilise safe driving techniques.
• Use seat belts at all times for both driver and passengers.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct routine checks to ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition before use.
• Adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations for service, maintenance, and inspection.
• Report any defects or issues that may impact the safe operation of the vehicle to the relevant department.

Reporting:

• Report traffic violations promptly to the HR and Admin department.
• Provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports of any accidents or incidents involving the company vehicle.

Compliance:

• Ensure possession of a valid driver’s licence appropriate for the class of vehicle being operated.
• Maintain all necessary documents and permits required for the role.

Job Specification:

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

• A valid driving licence appropriate for operating vans.
• Proven ability to drive vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
