Develop and implement the organization's communication plans and strategies in order to improve brand awareness for both internal and external customers.
Develop and edit communication materials such as press releases, internal and external blogs, website copy, and similar marketing materials to promote the organization’s product and services.
Identify opportunities and develop advert campaigns and press releases to increase brand and product awareness. Monitor and analyze performance of advertising campaigns.
Conceptualize, manage and oversee the design, content and production of marketing materials and publications and ensure it is consistent with the organization’s brand identity.
Build strategic relationships with key media players, partners/vendors, and agencies to secure and grow media online and offline coverage.
Plan and deliver effective corporate events such as Networking programs, Capacity Building Programmes, to promote Addosser’s corporate image.
Update company’s websites and social media platforms to improve marketing awareness and generate more leads.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and ensure optimization.
Ensure that all communications and marketing materials align with brand identity.
Implement and evaluate the organization’s social impact initiatives and SWEC initiatives.
Grow and manage the SWEC community
Requirements
B.Sc or HND in any related field.
2 - 4 years’ experience as a Brands and Communications Specialist (Preferably in a Financial Service space)
Proficiency in the use of social media pages of corporate organizations.
Excellent communications skills
Ability to implement projects (Corporate events) end-to-end.
