Corporate Communication Officer at Stretford Hill Limited

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a communications strategy for the corporation that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand
• Oversees corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Blog post
• Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant.
• Provides consistent and timely information to employees through various communications programs
• Assists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages
• Provides suggestions concerning graphics, clarity, distribution of media contents
• Develops, implements, and adheres to communications budget
• Develops, composes, distributes, and implements polices to enhance the efficiency of the communications department and to further develop the building and maintaining of a positive corporate brand
• Create and produce internal newsletters for the organization
• Manage the external surveys that evaluate the attitudes, opinions and aspirations of the stakeholders and partners
• Lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of the brand guidelines
• Work with management to develop internal communications programs and processes required to support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
• 2-5 Years experience in communications field
• Superlative communication skills in all forms.
• Excellent strategic organization skills.
• Ability to think creatively.
